Work experience is very rich as an administrative assistant in the Assembly with the OSCE project "Internship Program", May 2005-December 2005; Manager of the Secretariat of the Commission for drafting patent the Constitution of Kosovo (Negotiating Team), patent January 2007-April 2008; Group Manager Secretariat for State Symbols (Negotiating Team) January 2007 April 2008; Senior Political patent Adviser to the Minister of the Ministry of Justice; Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Justice, May 2008-April 2009; Member of the Central Election Commission (CEC), nominated by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), since 2007.
