Caros Musik Tipp: Tiger Army - III Ghost Tigers Rise Für 2 Personen braucht ihr: 1/2 Packung Soja Schnetzel (fein) 1 Packung Gnocchi (wir greifen hier noch auf die Kühlregalfertigvariante zurück) 10-15 Blätter Rucola 6 Cherrytomaten 1/4 Packung Feldsalat Zwiebel 2 Knoblauchzehen 1/2 Bund Petersilie Salz, Pfeffer, Gemüsebrühe Zucker, Essig, Öl
1. SojaSchnetzel in ca. 1/2 Liter Wasser und 1/2 TL Gemüsebrühe zum kochen bringen, dauert jetzt ca. 10 Minuten bis sie weich sind. 2. In der Zwischenzeit den Feldsalat, Cherrytomaten und Rucola waschen. Zwiebel in Würfel schneiden, Knoblauch kleinhacken und Cherrytomaten vierteln. 3. 3 EL ÖL, 2 EL Essig und 1 EL Zucker in der Salatschüssel vermischen, dazu kommen dann noch 4 EL Wasser, weiterhin 1/2 Bund Petersilie kleingehackt und die Hälfte der gewürfelten Zwiebeln hinzugeben und mit einer Prise Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. 4. Die Sojaschnetzel müssten mittlerweile weich sein. Dieses werden in einem Sieb abgeschüttet. In einer Pfanne 1 EL Öl erhitzen und die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch glasig anbraten. Sojaschnetzel hinzugeben und für ca. 3 Minuten unter rühren ebenfalls anbraten. Jetzt noch die Cherrytomaten hinzu und dann mit 50 ml Wasser ablöschen. Herdplatte auf mittlere Einstellung und Deckel auf die Pfanne. 5. Gnocchi laut Packungsbeilage zubereiten, por que Feldsalat zum Dressing geben und durchmischen. Während die Gnocchi por que noch kochen, den Rucola in die Sojaschnetzel-Pfanne und unterheben, wenn sie ein bisschen zusammengefallen sind. Die Pfanne noch mit Salz & Pfeffer por que abschmecken.
