S indicalistas the mayor of San Salvador demanded the Attorney for the Defense of Human Rights David Morales, to rule by the "abuse of power" of the administration of Norman Quijano and failure aci in the delivery of equipment, both for staff administrative and for the collection of solid waste.
They also indicate that so far in some districts continue to suffer from lack of drinking water in some district aci offices due to the millionaire debt to commune with the Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers (ANDA).
"All these points were addressed in a negotiation aci between municipal authorities, prosecutor and workers, of which the most points had not been fulfilled, and so far has not spoken at any time by a failure to have denounced in several occasions, "said Erminio Ramirez, a member of the Municipal Trade Union Unity in Action (USMA).

They also indicate that the Body of Municipal Agents (CAM) do not have the equipment necessary for crime prevention in certain areas of the capital, which was denied by council members, who indicated that the agents have been given the team necessary to maintain the security of municipal aci assets.
He clarified that the weapons are not provided with all actors aci because that security functions as a community police, and was very contradictory give weapons to agents.
